The Chinese authoritorian government is striking fear in the hearts of the rich Chinese men; they feel both limited in their lifestyle and paranoid about their entitled property. People are restricted from talking and writing about certain topics that may cause controversy about the government. As a method of controlling population, they limit each household to one child. The government bases their laws on how it will increase the standards of living, and not on the needs of its people, creating a substantially stricter society. As a result, those who can afford to leave want to, or at least have the necessary materials prepared. The wealthy find many issues with the government, the most concerning being their children's education, better healthcare, and the rights to their own property. American life and government is seen in a much more positive light; we have many freedoms that have been ripped from the people of China. I believe that, as the rich continue to emigrate abroad, the economy will begin to fall in China. Their contributions overseas won't be enough to maintain a steady economy. A cycle will be created: the more the economy falls, the more desparate people will become to emigrate. Unless the government pulls some unexpected plan from under their belt, it's likely that the entire Chinese lifestyle will be inevitably altered...and not necessarily in a good way.

I think they r doing something thats not needed at this moment, because its something really expensive when the chinese economy is falling down from imigrating to other countries, they need to do something so the people wont imigrate to other countries, and as the goverment wants to limit one child per family.

Rich Chinese people are being intimidated by Chinas Government and lack of Health care and Education. Allthough China has many welathy people it still has one of the worst economies. Rich chinese people expect a good education for their kids, and china is not providing this. That is one of the reasons why the wealthy want to imigrate to the u.s. "The living conditions abroad are better, like residential conditions, food safety and education." This is what many people in China think, and if the Chinese government doest start to fullfill their needs it may cause greater controversies.

Su is one of chinas wealthiest men, hes built many skyscrapers in Beijing and is helping China become very powerful. Su, much like other newly rich people in China, wants to leave because he wants to protect his assets, have a second child, and he has to watch what he says to China. Su is scared of the Chinese Communist government and thinks its unfair. In China buying a house means that the government is pretty much leasing it to you and is going to get it back in 70 years, in other places you can buy a house and it will be yours for ever. The united States is one of the most popular destinations that chinese would want to immigrate to. Most of them want to move there for there children and better healthcare, others have been inspired by friends that have already emigrated. From the way the people area acting and what they are asking for i predict that in the future the Chinese will either get stricter or the people will unite and overthrow it.

In China there is a big economic boom and yet a communist government stays in place. There is an economic boom because of so many manufacturing and a big work force. they Many rich Chinese are considering moving to the "west" by which they mean the united states. Most are nervous about an Authoritarian government being put in place. Also since it is a communist state there is significantly less freedom than here in the united states. Everything you make is considered part of the Chinese government so if you say bought a house it would become the governments property. Also they are limited on children. Only 1 child per household is allowed. The Chinese government legitimizes this by boosting the economy which gets many chinese out of poverty. I predict that the chinese government will become a democracy because there will be so much demand for it and the communist regime will become unnessary.

China has defied limits unimaginable within the economic sight of the world. Their population is growing at an alarming rate, they are becoming more industrialized each year, but the most fearful factor is not greed or population, but is the aftermath of it all. Pollution raids the air in Beijing, not only clogging the sky, but poisoning those in the city. There are many options to go about solving this problem on an individual level, but the rich seem to chose an alternative that does not involve helping the solution, but innately leaving their country in whole. Now of course there can be other reasons for their departures like money or health-care, but the underlying problem still stands, if this continues China will begin to loose people in large numbers and inevitably loose their income in substantial quantities which could have been used to help better their economy. If you run from problems, no matter how far, they will always catch you in the end. In the extreme the U.S. could worsen in its economic standing from all of the immigrants and in any large city become just as poor conditioned and smog-ridden as Beijing is, and the problem cycles itself all over again. It could not only cause a collapse for their government, but for ours as well. The solution to any economic problem isn't to leave the country in blame, but to help initiate change. You will have to face reality one way or another, and its best to take it head on than having your back turned and running.

The wealthy people of China have made millions and millions of money and have the desire to leave and go elsewhere. Not a lot of people, even the rich, like the law of China. Many of them wish to continue their family have more kids as others wish to do more "American" like things. 68,000 and over 7% of the new coming generation have obtained American citizenship. The government of China has been working hard to eradicate poverty and flourish its wealth, by doing so it has put many of the wealthy to "super" wealthy and raised the economy, the attempt was to establish a growing country. The only thing i can see undermining this attempt would be when the wealthy decide that they do not like how they are living and move elsewhere in the world and take their wealth with them. This more this would happen the more Chinas wealth would start a decrease in revenue spiraling down losing its prominence. The Chinese government will no doubtingly see the problem before it reaches to a crisis, and will take steps to keep many of the rich from leaving, i figure the problem in itself is not to leave and run away with your pool of money but instead to turn around and establish a well kept plan to keep many of the rich in place and many of the poor out of poverty.

Chinese rich men are beginning to see the flaws in their Communist government. Wealthy manufactures of skyscrapers and other large corporations, that stimulate the economy, are expanding their horizons towards the United States. Drawn to our great health care, education, total ownership of property, and most of all safety and freedoms that are not permitted in China, such as having more than one child. Men are also very concerned for their assets, the government has more power over the things that they own then they do. China’s government is legitimized by raising the standard of living, and great economic growth. Millions of citizens are now out of poverty because of the legitimacy. However, just because the poverty rate is not very high in China, doesn’t mean that the government is doing something “great” for their people. Their people are out of poverty but they are still being deprived of freedoms we have in America, such as freedom of speech and press. I agreed with Valentina when she said, the government is increasing living standards, but not the needs of the people. I think that the Chinese government will soon crumble. With the rich wanting to leave the country for the perks abroad, the country will not have the best economy, poverty will raise and many people will begin to emigrate. Eventually, the government will have to listen to their people; however, this will take a long time. As long as the government is in control, and people are scared to question them, communism will thrive. Despite fear of the government, when the economy crashes, attacking them at a vulnerable time is key.

China is quickly becoming the world's economic dominant Super Power. While the country claims they're communist, it is having trouble finding the balance between communist and capitalism as it adjusts to its newfound affluence. This new economic boom has quickly created a "super rich" class in China with big time corporations. But these multi-millionaires are threatening to leave the country to do the poor living conditions. Places like the United States and Canada have better healthcare available to its citizens along with better educational opportunities for their Children. Not only are some of the living conditions subpar, but the Government has a strong control on the Media and what its citizens can see on the internet. The Communist Chinese Government justifies their legitimacy by claiming they have brought thousands of ordinary Chinese out of poverty white creating a new class of super-rich. The Government claims this happened because of the one-party rule. But even though the Chinese claim this, they still barely rank in the top 100 of the World Bank List by income per person. These conditions are making the richest of the Chinese leave the country, creating even more poverty and less jobs from big corporations. For the Chinese to control this new boom of economic affluence, The Chinese will have to use this money to create a better education for its citizens and provide better healthcare. Only this way will the conditions in China improve. The Authoritarian actions of the Government also have to stop, they have to give their citizens freedom of press and speech, and even the richest of China are afraid of commenting on the situation. If China truly wants to be one of the top Super Powers of the world, they will have to treat their population the right way.

The Chinese government is noticing a more and more irritating trend for them in their rich or wealthy citizens trying to make a break for the U.S. What the government probably doesn't understand or realize is that it itself is whats repelling all these yuans from their economy. Despite raising the standard of living in China in the midst of economic growth, the Communist government has held it's iron fist too tight for too long in all the other respects of social life, such as it's second child policy and censorship of anything with a negative spin targeted at the government. Millionaires want to leave because of this iron fist, which keeps them from achieving their non-economic goals, such as their families and education, along with the opportunity to secure their assets. With China becoming comparable to a funnel economically, the Chinese government needs to take many steps to become more appealing, or at least bandage up the wounds that are sending money to other countries such as root out these corrupt officials that have allegedly transferred fortunes. Other than that the Iron Fist that the Chinese government has kept firm for decades must start to unclench and keep it's hands out of all the details of the personal lives of China's citizens.

One result of China's economic escilation is the emergence of a growing class of "super ritch". Which is a possitive thing for China exept for the fact that alot of these people are looking to move out of the country. The reasons for their emigration vary, some are looking to set up a good future for their familys, while others seek a safe place for their illeagal income and coruption. Even though the spesific reason may be different, the main reason for leaving the country is the same; China's government is unstable and when it starts to crumble, its going to be bad news for everyone and blame will likley land on the ritch.Which is a legitamite reason for people to get out while they can. China's government has made the mistake of thinking that moeny is the top concern for most people, but its not. This situation is proof that a good portion of educated, whealthy people value education, healthcare, idivdual rights just as much, if not more than they value national pride and moeny. Hopfully China will see this trend as a reason to reform their government a little more to fit the peoples needs without creating a martyr, as governments ussualy do before substantial change is made. But to be honest I dont think it will work out that way, China will probibly set more restrictions on emigration.

The case of Su, a chinese millionaire and business man, is not an uncommon one lately. Su is one of many rich Chinese who wants to leave the country in order to protect his investments and assets. China's authoritarian government can be oppressive and very unnatractive for a VIP who has money and feels they should be able to enjoy basic freedom. In the case of Su, he wants to have a second child and is prohibited in his current situation by the Chinese government from doing so. Su likes the idea of moving to the United States because it offers superior health care and education, freedom of speech, and a government that won't take away hard earned investments. The chinese government has asserted that it is legitimate due to the fact that it has been able to stimulate economic growth and lift many out of poverty, however, this does not help if those who succeed simply want to leave. Over the past two decades China has moved in the direction of less regulation. This will have to continue, especially on a social front in the years to come if China expects to keep its upper class intact.

I think that the Chinese government will adapt to how many people are levying the country, or they will put more laws into affect and will do the opposite of what they want. The Chinese put too much work into making their population have work and ignoring some of the more basic stuff like Health care and education. If the Chinese want to fix their problem they will have to look at why there population is leaving for reasons like educations for their child, and if they do that it might make things better for the people and them. The more likely thing that will happen is they will try to put more laws into affect and will end up hurting them not helping. If they do that I think the people of China will have more reason to leave and go were the health care, education and they can have two children rather than one.
