The 9-9-9 plan seems simple, and simplicity in politics can sometimes be good because that way the majority of the people understand what their government is doing. But this plan, seeming good at first, ends up putting a greater burden on those who earn less. Raising taxes for people who earn less and lowering taxes for those who earn a lot more isn't fair.

Herman Cain was the former Godfather Pizza chief executive and now is the Republican presidential candidate businessman. His 9-9-9 plan is taking away the current tax code and replacing it with 9 percent tax on personal income and corporations, including a new 9 percent national sales tax, his plan would expand the tax base so more Americans are contributing to the government coffers, as well as getting rid of income and corporate income taxes in favor of national sales tax. Some of the potential problems would be that it might raise taxes on some Americans. The people that would most benefit from this plan would have to be the rich, maybe. But the point of this plan is to make the taxes equal for everybody so I think everybody might benefit from this plan. But the rich might not be affected much but the people who earn less might be affected more.

The 9-9-9 plan created by Herman Cain, is simply and catchy, however it seems a bit unrealistic in the sense that it would add another nine percent to sales tax on top of the already seven or eight percent sales tax, and this would be nation- wide. The other nine's in the plan regard a nine percent income tax and a nine percent corporate tax. A nine percent income tax is a great relief off the rich but a heavy burden on the poor; the wealthy pay 35 percent of their earnings to income tax alone, reducing the income tax for them is a huge weight lifted. On the other end, the poor and the elderly would have to pay much more especially those who earn less then 20,000 a year. This part of the 9-9-9 plan is strictly beneficial to the wealthy which opposes the whole idea of the plan, that is meant to be based on equality for all. I do not agree with this plan it doesn't appeal to me in anyway seeing as i am not rich, i don't benefit from it other then the taxes on my pay check would be reduced. This plan was made up to pull national debt out of the horrifying slump we're in however cutting the 35 percent tax on the wealthy won't pull us out of the slump very quickly. Cain needs to keep in mind the terrifying sales tax that would be added to everything by adding a a National sales tax, not very many people are going to want to spend an extra five dollars on a 20 dollar shirt.

Herman Cain is a businessman politician, he is in lead for the republican nomination in the 2012 run for presidency. The 9-9-9 is a tax plan, Cain wants to eliminate the existing code and change it to 9 percent tax on income, 9 percent on buisness tax and 9 percent on national sales tax. Cain describes the plan as "simple, fair and nuetral", this plan does have some potential problems on of them is that the plan will enable politicians to impose both an income tax and national sales tax. This could lead a "hidden" income tax on top of the 9 percent sales tax. The Rich are more likely to benefit from this plan, because they are currently paying more than 9 percent on income tax, which means that they are going to have more money in their pockets by the time they do their taxes. The poor and middle class would least benefit from the plan, because it would raise taxes on them since most of them are paying less than the 9 percent of their income in federal taxes.

Herman Cain is a businessman who worked at a pizza restaurant from Georgia. He came up with the 9-9-9 plan that states that business taxes, personal income taxes, and national sales taxes would all be nine percent. He believes that these are what areas need to be taxed either lower or higher. The appeal of the plan is that it is really easy to understand and remember because of its catchy title. However, some may say that the 9-9-9 plan could be linked to the devil because turning the numbers upside down is the number of the devil himself. People that are really superstitious might not like the plan because the hinting towards the devil in the title. It might not benefit middle and lower income families because it would take away tax deductions. Also, it would hurt the elderly and poorest Americans. It would help the higher income earners by lowering taxes, and hurt the lower income earners by raising taxes. It would also cut Social Security and Medicare funding. It would help politicians to have money to do things with, but it wouldn’t make the American public happy. The national sales tax says it would make everyday items more expensive, but here in California, it wouldn’t affect us that much because our sales tax is already really high. But other states, like Oregon, would be really hurt because they don’t have a sales tax at all. I both agree and disagree with this plan. It would help relieve the tax strain on the higher taxed families, but it would hurt the lower income families. It seems there is no middle ground in the 9-9-9 plan yet.

herman cain is a businessman from georgia. He was the former chief executive of godfathers pizza. His Main policy that has been getting him the most coverage is the 9-9-9 tax overhaul plan. THe main idea that goes with this plan is to replace the current tax code with 9 percent tax on personal income and corporations. Also it would add a new 9 percent national sales tax. Cain believes this will expand the tax base so more americans are contributing to the government. Many people think this is a joke and are saying that this would just make jobs and not do much in the way of changing taxes. This plan would most likely hurt the middle and lower classes the most because it would place taxes on people that they are not used to paying and cant afford. so as always the rich would be fine but the lower classes would suffer from the added taxes. In the long run i do not think this plan would work and it would just bring the economy down even more.

Herman Cain is an African American businessman who worked his way through politics with a mind blowing new idea. From working at a small pizza restaurant he has come up with a short slogan that has caught many readers attentions with the 9-9-9 concept. He most definitely identifies that the business taxes, personal income taxes, and national sales taxes should be dropped to 9 % each. Loads of heated debates have been accruing about low and intermediate income people in united states facing harsh results. But in the long run statistics have shown Low income families would be beneficial because their payroll taxes would be eliminated which is 15.3 % addition to a paycheck. Also the plan has showed some of it's views in the public when the percents of a poll exam that showed Herman Cain in the lead. Of course the The margin error is shown to at the end of the article to keep a reader maybe two minded but I think that this plan will be efficient, effective, and beneficial to our 21st. Century.

Henry Cain is a republican presidential candidate who has introduced a new tax policy called the 9-9-9 plan. Cain sees to simplify the current complicated tax policy. His new policy states that all income persons pay the same, 9 percent, tax no matter how high or low the income. It also states that the new corporate tax should be 9 percent as well, dropping it from the current 35 percent. This could cause many problems in multiple industies, instigating a rise or drop in products. Which would hurt the consumer and/or the retailer. Cain has said that this plan is neutral to everyone, but how you use the same tax policy or even percentage on all? Not every persons income is the same, some out stretching each other by hundreds of thousands. It does not seem so fair for the "fairtax" as stated by Cain himself. This policy would much more hurt the low income people than the wealthy ones.

Herman Cain is a presidential candidate for the republican party who used to be a chief executive of Godfather Pizza. He came up with a 9 9 9 plan that will turn our current tax code to a code with 9 percent tax on personal income, corporations and 9 percent on the national sales tax. Some people are saying that the 9-9-9 plan could be tied to the devil because when you turn the numbers upside down, its the sign of the devil (6-6-6). The appeal of the plan is to make it understandable to all Americans by using the catchy title. Some of the problems would be that it might raise taxes on some Americans and lower it for others. It will least benefit people from the middle and lower classes. The people that it would most benefit is the wealthy upper class. But the plan would cut Social Security and Medicare funding. Also, everyday items more expensive in the U.S. but the sales tax in California are already pretty high. I disagree with this plan because it will only help the wealthy in America.

But Most low-income families already currently pay less than 9 percent of their income in federal taxes. Cain's plan taxes would rise on the elderly and poorest, making the richer rich and the poor poorer. Due to a tax cut.
